Privacy and access

  • Show a broad area before purchase and reveal the exact venue only to active ticket holders and the event team. This protection carries through event pages, calendars, emails, offers, checkout and orders.
  • Keep invitation-only tickets out of ordinary purchase choices and bundles without hiding the waitlist for a sold-out public ticket. One hub join link works across Share, Copy and QR, including after account checks.

Ticket sales and booking

  • Set buyer access once for the event. Sales phases point to the price or date that needs attention, and limits say whether they apply per buyer, across the event, to one time, or to Hubbaly’s checkout maximum.
  • Clear and retype number fields or type dates and times directly. Ticket setup fits on a small laptop, while guest checkout keeps the basket and discount through account checks and shows a phone-friendly confirmation.

Event day and admin

  • Retry an event save without creating a duplicate. Check-in, scanner uploads and email jobs also recover from interruptions without repeating completed work.
  • Staff who accepted every event date can open whole-event attendance after the event, and schedule changes identify dates that need another review. Event pages also show each finish time.
  • Event shop orders keep clear hand-out and delivery ownership, refresh stale actions, omit refunded items from fulfilment wording and keep checkout expiry visible.
  • Named back links open the page they name, hub event rows and sales headers fit on phones, and managers can open join requests. People searches keep the newest result during incident work, and ticket movements stay separate from refund warnings.

Photos

  • Photographers with Upload Photos access can choose an event album cover without exposing private albums or hidden images. New thumbnails appear without a refresh, and album links open at the selected photo.
  • Event Update pictures keep their natural shape and open in the shared viewer. Handled reports leave the active queue, and Photo Timeline stays available after visiting Albums.

Behind the scenes

Venue privacy is applied before event details leave the API, while stable request identities and owned retry paths prevent duplicate work.
