Sell services with Event shop

  • Choose Add Event shop under Edit Event. The shop appears only on events where you add it.
  • Add a service, such as extra photos or a workshop, with a square photo, choices, prices, and optional stock. Set how many one order and one buyer can take.
  • Choose Collected at the event, or Sent digitally after the event with the dates buyers can expect it. Only people with a valid event ticket can buy this keeps an item for ticket holders.
  • Offer each item on the Event page, through the Shop QR, or both. The Shop QR downloads as a printable A4 sign with your hub’s name, the event, and your products.
  • Setup shows what you receive after the Hubbaly fee, before card processing costs. Put on sale works once your seller details and payment setup are complete.

Shop orders on the day and after

  • Buyers choose from one short page, sign in, check a total, and pay online. Confirmation and receipt emails explain what happens next.
  • Purchases in each person’s account list tickets and shop orders together. To collect lists anything to pick up at the event, with its collection code.
  • Give event staff Hand out Event shop orders. They open Orders to hand out, scan the buyer’s code or search for the order, and confirm what they hand over. A mistaken hand-out can be reversed.
  • Shop orders under Sales lists every order and its stock, and lets you refund some or all of an order. New order alerts include shop orders, and event reports show shop money separately from ticket money.

Ticket limits and availability

  • Ticket quantities on the event page start at zero, and each buyer chooses how many they want.
  • Limits say what they count. An event or time limit covers all ticket types and orders, and a ticket’s own limit covers that ticket across all orders. Setup points out a ticket limit that repeats the event’s limit.
  • Complimentary tickets use event capacity without using up a paid ticket’s own places. Reserved in checkout counts only people who are paying at that moment.
  • Choosing On a set date for when a ticket first goes on sale keeps the page open while you pick the date. Complimentary tickets that organisers issue to themselves open like any other ticket.

Photos, forms, and privacy

  • On iPhone and iPad, Save to Photos opens the full-quality picture, ready to press and hold and save.
  • Prepared album downloads start from their download link and stay private to the person who asked for them.
  • The required forms card on a ticket shows each person’s progress with one clear action per row, and signed copies open from the card.
  • Profile gallery photos follow the person’s profile privacy. Someone who cannot see a profile cannot open its gallery photos, even through a direct link.

Event day and your team

  • Existing hub members accept an event staff invitation without repeating their hub details.
  • Staff with sales access see Open event tools on the event page.

Behind the scenes

Event shop orders, stock, refunds, and hand-outs are recorded separately from tickets, so a shop sale never changes a ticket or a check-in. Member, chat, and attendee lists load a profile only when someone opens it, which removes thousands of background requests a day. Uptime checks use a lightweight health page.
