Repeated bookable times
- Ticket choices can apply to every current and future bookable time.
- Each time keeps its own physical capacity, while a limited ticket total stays separate and applies across the schedule.
- Events with shared ticket choices can use one waitlist. When a place opens, the next person chooses from the tickets available for that time.
- Buyers cannot add more tickets to one time than that time can hold.
Ticket returns
- Organisers can allow eligible free tickets to be returned immediately, with a clear choice to switch this off.
- A returned place keeps its exact time. It goes to the next eligible person on the waitlist, or back on sale when nobody is waiting.
- Paid ticket returns keep their existing refund route and stay separate from free returns.
- Event activity shows when a place was given back.
Ticket access for guests
- Guest ticket holders use one secure email link, then choose their username and password once.
- An active ticket keeps an upcoming event on Home even when the holder is not a hub member.
- Ticket pages no longer ask someone to join a hub they have already joined.
