Repeated bookable times

  • Ticket choices can apply to every current and future bookable time.
  • Each time keeps its own physical capacity, while a limited ticket total stays separate and applies across the schedule.
  • Events with shared ticket choices can use one waitlist. When a place opens, the next person chooses from the tickets available for that time.
  • Buyers cannot add more tickets to one time than that time can hold.

Ticket returns

  • Organisers can allow eligible free tickets to be returned immediately, with a clear choice to switch this off.
  • A returned place keeps its exact time. It goes to the next eligible person on the waitlist, or back on sale when nobody is waiting.
  • Paid ticket returns keep their existing refund route and stay separate from free returns.
  • Event activity shows when a place was given back.

Ticket access for guests

  • Guest ticket holders use one secure email link, then choose their username and password once.
  • An active ticket keeps an upcoming event on Home even when the holder is not a hub member.
  • Ticket pages no longer ask someone to join a hub they have already joined.

Behind the scenes

Returns, organiser refunds, transfers, and check-in now recheck the same ticket before completing. Refund recovery and waitlist notifications retain their progress so interrupted work can resume without releasing or offering the same place twice.
