Email Studio is steadier
Email Studio has had a big stability pass.
- The newer Email Studio is now the normal version. The old switch has been removed.
- The Live preview now updates while you type without constantly reloading or losing images.
- Refresh Exact Preview is still available when you want to check exactly what will be sent.
- Test sends, exact preview, and sent emails now match the editor more closely.
- Video blocks now show a large clickable picture with a Watch video button, which is safer for email clients than embedded video.
- Mobile preview, dark email styles, footer links, draft recovery, templates, and test-send feedback have all had usability fixes.
- Campaign sending now runs more safely in the background, so the page should not freeze while a campaign is being sent.
- Failed recipients can be retried without re-sending to people who already received the email.
- Campaign History now includes scheduled-send tools and a View HTML option for sent campaigns.
Registered interest is clearer in Hub Admin
Hubs collecting interest now show that demand in Hub Admin.
- Insights can show active interest, new interest, and top events people are interested in.
- View interested people opens the right Event Admin page.
- Compose update opens Email Studio with the registered-interest audience ready to use.
Invites and sharing are simpler
- Members can create tracked share links for open hubs and request-to-join hubs.
- Invite-only hubs stay organiser-controlled.
- The hub banner Share, then Invite link path is now one simple action: create, copy, or share.
- Optional invite-link settings like expiry and max uses are tucked away until needed.
- Email invite pages now ask for membership terms only when accepting the invite will actually join the person to the hub.
Long invite lists are easier to work with
Hub Admin, then People, then Invites should feel better on busy hubs.
- Pending invites, invite history, event staff invites, share links, and tracking now load in smaller batches.
- Search and status filters work without needing every row loaded first.
- Clicking Usage now shows the result in the row you clicked.
- Messy pasted email lists are cleaned up before invites are sent.
Join applications stay auditable
- Admins can review Pending, Approved, Rejected, and All join requests.
- Application answers show the real question and option labels.
- Approved and rejected requests remain reviewable later.
Complimentary tickets are now offers
When an organiser issues a complimentary ticket, the recipient now accepts or declines it first.
- Pending offers do not become active tickets until accepted.
- Pending offers stay out of QR codes, scanner results, attendee counts, and attendance history.
- Declining an offer releases the reserved place.
Profiles share better
Public profile links now have better preview cards for chat apps and messaging.
- Public previews show only simple public information: name, username, and a public profile photo if allowed.
- Private or restricted profiles stay generic.
- Profile and banner image quality has been improved, while small people-list avatars load from faster thumbnail versions.
Small but useful
- Event admin navigation updates after interest settings change, so organisers do not need a refresh.
- The setup checklist now asks for a legal seller profile only once a hub connects payments.
- New accounts now land on Home first, with onboarding choices, instead of being sent straight to Create hub.
- Help links in Hub Admin and Event Admin can open in an in-page pop-out, so organisers do not lose their place.
